Introduction:

If you are just deciding to become a real estate agent or if you have been licensed for years, you can understand the importance of a good company to work with.  The company you work for or with has to be a good reflection of the values you wish to uphold.  With that being said, I am not going bore you, the reader, with all of the old company history and values nonsense; I am going to tell you what we are doing for our agents and let you make the conclusion.  Just a few things though, our company follows through, when something is said it is followed up with and completed.  Also, we have the strongest foundation you could ask for even throughout this recession (meaning your commission checks will not bounce).  With those things said let's talk about why West USA Realty is the best real estate company to work for.  This leads to my story; which many of my readers already know.  In the year 2007 I had an amazing idea.  I wanted operate a real estate office inside of a Major Retailer.  Well after a long time of working with this Major Retailer (amazing company by the way), they allowed me to work my idea inside one of their stores on a trial basis (video tour below).  This was in 2007.  It worked...the customers liked the idea, I loved having an office to go to that was always busy with people.  So 2 years had passed and our business had grown from a family business to a complex plan for expansion.  I still am very passionate about the fact that every single person trying to sell their home should have it advertised inside the largest retailer in the world, and if you are buying a home why wouldn't you stop in a see what's new.  Before I go off on one of my normal tangents; I will keep it short and sweet. 

Seasoned Vets:
West USA Realty opened its doors in the 1980's in Phoenix Arizona, very shortly thereafter becoming one of the largest real estate companies in the country.  One of the main reasons why this happened is due to the success of a 100% commission program that still till this day represents the best compensation plan in the country (in my opinion).  This is not necessarily the best idea for a brand new agent but if you are a seasoned vet doing over 10 transactions a year, this is the best real estate company to work for, no questions asked.  Great Management, awesome brokers and the of course the latest in technology.  To top it off; with our reason merge, you can advertise your home to sell inside the largest retailer in the world.  Imagine the listing appointments now. 

New Agents:
Training and broker support is what you should be thinking about; that's it. Not commissions and mansions.   This is the exact reason we are the best real estate company to work for in the country.  We have the best brokers that are exclusive, meaning you are not competing with brokers for clients.  They are paid a salary and not allowed to sell real estate.  West USA provides you with one on one training, a 9 week training course,  floor time, support, etc...It is truly amazing.  That is why we have been coined with the phrase; "where the professionals work".  This is an amazing opportunity for new agents to start off running.

This week was a round of team meetings and I collected over 200 tv promotion leads.  Amazing

DB having much success in his real estate career transfered to Walk-in with enthusiasm.  After going through some of his worst months in real estate DB is now back on top putting a great group of buyers in escrow.  The Walk-in method is not just waiting for walkins it gets you back to work.

Week: 02/21/2010 - 02/27/2010

What a great meeting and I thank everyone for making the drive.  I think we truly are apart of the most amazing opportunity in the country!!!  Let's get to the good stuff, this weeks success story is a perfect fit to a great week. 

Office:NEW PRE-GRAND OPENING: Scottsdale

DK was taking sometime off in the afternoon after our Walk-In Meeting to check out his new office location that is opening Monday (Yes we are opening 2 more real estate offices inside the largest retailer in the world on Monday).  As DK was sitting down at the new desk, he was greeted by a walk-in client whom stated he would like to be the first sale of the new office.  Before DK could set the appointment, he had another walk-in that was ready to view properties online through DK's Email.  I can't make this stuff up folks these are real stories of real agents, in todays market. 



Week: 02/14/2010 - 02/20/2010

We have a meeting friday the 26th with everyone from the offices and the new agents coming into the roster.  This would be a great place to start as a new agent if you are considering coming on board.  Great success story below.

New to the office on her first day HK is very excited and ready to go.  Coming in early and getting prepared she was very excited to sit on the floor here and collect walk-ins.  Well the day went on and she had great results, one client in fact that called the Wal-Mart on Monday afternoon to find HK because she lost her card.

Week: 02/07/2010 - 02/13/2010

This was a great week for the best real estate agency to work for in Arizona.  I enjoyed explaining the concept to all of the agents I was introduced to in our morning meetings from West USA Realty, thank you for coming.  So without further ado, this weeks success story (I had to include 2 for this week):

On a typical day of working floortime, agent JV was following up with some paper work he needed to finish and working diligently.  As he was working a gentlemen walked up to the flyer's in the front of the tolleson office and began to read some information.  JV reached out and asked "Sir, can I print you a FREE foreclosure list for homes in your desired area".  The curios person replied back "Sure!".  As JV began to discuss real estate with this new customer information was gathered that he is looking to purchase a home with no financing and is ready to buy a home yesterday.  This customer and JV have already begun looking at homes and submitting offers.

Being a new agent to the Walk-In Division NCG didn't know what to expect.  I did.  During this week it was requested I sit some time in the Mesa store because a few agents are a little to busy for floortime this week.  This is a serious problem that we are facing, hence why we are looking for new agents hence this success story with NCG.  When the information was passed to me that NCG had officially transfered to the best real estate company to work for, before the ink could dry I was able to pass NCG a pre-qualified Walk-In from that morning.  Thankfully she came when she did, I do not spend a a lot of time in Mesa, hate to see pre-qualifed buyers slip through the cracks (wink, wink)  

Week: 01/31/2010 - 02/06/2010

Very busy week with planning and meetings, this is the first week of my new blog weekly success stories of the best real estate agency to work for.  I have vowed to myself that I will stay on-time with this blog and thank you for reading.  You are here because you are looking to be a successful agent, and I want you to be a successful agent with us.  Please read on, every week I will provide a recent success story from our team of agents.  They should be easy to read and give you an idea of our atmosphere.
